A major event of the Brigadoon 40th Anniversary Festival celebrations will be a portrait competition and exhibition.
The exhibition venue will be the Conference Centre at the Bundanoon Country Inn Motel, 3 Anzac Parade, Bundanoon. The exhibition will open at 5:30pm on Wednesday 22 March 2017 then between Thursday 23 March and Sunday 2 April 2017 from 10:00am to 6:00pm daily.
A gold coin donation to Brigadoon will gain visitors a form to enter their selection for the People's Choice Prize and go into the draw to win fine art printing to the value of $250.

The $1,000 Glenfiddich Judge's Prize wining work will be chosen by former Archibald Prize winning painter Cherry Hood.
Cherry has studied sculpture in Italy and painting at the National Art School before attaining her Undergraduate and Honours Degrees at the Sydney College of the Arts (Sydney University) followed by a Masters of Visual Art.
She has had solo shows in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, Vancouver and Zurich. Her works are in many private collections in Australia and overseas, in a number of State Museum Galleries and she is well represented in major corporate collections.
Cherry conducts residential weekend workshops in her spacious studio on her farm 'Crystal Hill' at Towrang in the NSW Southern Tablelands.
